• PACE written assessments for physical activity dietary stage of change. The PACE Provider print-based program is largely based upon Prochaska and DiClemente’s Transtheoretical (Stage of Change) Model and Social Cognitive Theory, and has been scientifically proven to be effective and highly acceptable to both patients and providers.
• E/Balance™ is a portable energy balance assessment and intervention tool for real-time data capture and feedback, built around a cell phone client, wireless sensors (GPS, heart rate monitor, accelerometer, etc.) and a Web-based server architecture.
